Homes can be either mobile/modular homes or single-family residences.
Low to moderate income owner occupants who are 62 or older or permanently disabled may be eligible for 0% deferred payment loans up to $40,000.
All other low-to-moderate-income owner occupants may be eligible for 2% deferred payment loans up to $40,000.
